1. Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags intact.
- The refund request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is defective or damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
1.2 Non-Refundable Products
Certain products are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Products that are not in their original condition or have been tampered with.
- Any product that has been used, worn, or washed.
- Products purchased through sale or discount offers (unless specifically stated).
1.3 Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Credit Card/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 5-7 business days.
- Net Banking/UPI: Refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD, refunds will be issued to your bank account or a preferred method within 7-10 business days after confirming your bank details.
1.4 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as when the product is returned in a non-original condition, a partial refund may be offered based on the product’s condition.
1.5 Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The time taken to credit the refund to your account may vary depending on your payment method and the bank's processing times.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel an order before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at arun.palani28@gmail.com or call our customer service team at +91-89258 89589. within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, you must follow the return process upon receiving the product.
2.2 Order Cancellation by Mydreams
Mydreams reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Shipping address issues
If Mydreams cancels an order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
